Hurry! Only a few spots open. This trip combines the best of painting on location, plus touring to different beautiful places in Provence with bus trips every other day to outlying villages. Participants may bring cameras, sketching materials and/or painting equipment and supplies, but it is not required. For painters, we will be working in pastel or oil. All persons on this trip will soak in the French lifestyle and beauty of the area. It's a fabulous opportunity!! We will visit places painted by Van Gogh and we stay in an historic hotel in St. Remy. This village is very paintable, and is the birthplace of Nostradamus. Please talk to Susan Webster for more details regarding the trip, or to me regarding teaching and painting.

Southern Utah/Red Rocks, Mountain Valley
April 24-26 This workshop will be based out of St. George, Utah. We will spend one day indoors, seriously studying value and composition and how to translate that into color using pastel techniques. I will also show how to underpaint using watercolor, acrylic or oil. We will travel to Pine Valley one day (pioneer town) and to Zion National Park another day.
